Pilot and cousin, Jamie, shoulda been there! It is very spectacular and if you happen to know what you are looking at it is probably twice as spectacular.

And this is another moon rock! I have touched two moon rocks in my life! It's mind-boggling!
Here again are two of my favorite inventors, Orville and Wilbur Wright, on their front porch....
gazing at their invention--not a copy.
And for me their mother is the heroine of the story....

And .......I think I'll go to Mars on my next journey.

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this museum is why I never saw more of the other Smithsonian museums when we lived in Wilmington, DE, just up the road. Every time we went down to Washington I wanted to see this museum again.
